Our Founder
Dr. Ruth Nirenberg is a NYS licensed psychologist with over 25 years experience in the world of non-profit programs and professional performance enhancement. After having received her bachelors degree from Brandeis University and both her masters and doctoral degree from Long Island University - Post Campus, Dr. Nirenberg has spent her career helping others achieve their goals.
Her various professional roles have included Clinician, Supervisor, Program Director, Training Director, Quality Assurance Administrator, Compliance Officer, Assistant Executive Director, Senior Vice President, Public Speaker, Professor, Internal Auditor, Professional Development Coach, and Consultant.
Dr. Nirenberg lives her mission of fostering growth in others by promoting the importance of identifying, tracking, and learning from trends to enhance quality work and support individualized learning for maximum success and satisfaction.
